Hotel residents receive complimentary use of the Spa facilities. If you are not a resident in the hotel kindly note that you are welcome to stay for a herbal tea after your treatment however Spa access is not included. You are welcome to purchase this separately by calling us on 01323870248 or choose one of our Spa packages which include use of the outdoor heated pool, steam room, sauna and a treatment and lunch in our 1554 Brasserie.
Spa bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy for treatments. Any Treatments cancelled within these time periods will be subject to payment in full.
It is important to arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time to complete a health questionnaire as late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time.
Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for ladies who are under 14 weeks pregnant. When over 14 weeks we are able to offer a selected range of treatments.
Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any allergies, are currently under the supervision of your GP, have had any recent surgery or have any other medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
