Hotel residents receive complimentary use of the Spa facilities. If you are not a resident in the hotel kindly note that you are welcome to stay for a herbal tea after your treatment however Spa access is not included. You are welcome to purchase this separately by calling us on 01323870248 or choose one of our Spa packages which include use of the outdoor heated pool, steam room, sauna and a treatment and lunch in our 1554 Brasserie.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at time of booking.
• Minimum age to enter the spa area or have any treatment is 18 (16 - 18 year olds may attend with an an adult over 18 and our outdoor pool can be used by children of hotel guests only).
• While Spa packages are adult-only, hotel residents may use the outdoor pool and changing rooms with children during the following family swim times: Spring/Summer (February - October):Monday to Friday: 9am – 10am and 3pm – 5pm. Weekends: 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm. Autumn/ Winter (October - February): Monday to Friday 9am – 10am and 2.30pm-3.30pm. Weekends: 10am – 12pm and 2.30pm-3.30pm.
• Spa bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
• We operate a 7 Day cancellation policy for Spa packages and Facility use and a 48-hour cancellation policy for treatments. Any Treatments or Spa Packages cancelled within these time periods will be subject to payment in full.
• Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time to complete a health questionnaire as late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time.
• Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any allergies, are currently under the supervision of your GP, have had any recent surgery or you have any other medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
• Mother to be treatment: Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for expectant mothers who are less than 14 weeks pregnant. When over 14 weeks we are able offer a selected range of treatments.
