Our Destress Body Ritual is a carefully curated wellness massage treatment designed to provide complete relaxation and help improve well-being.
Your therapist will conduct a consultation to understand your specific needs and preferences.
The Destress Body Ritual will start with a welcome touch massage designed to make clients feel comfortable and relaxed. This indulgent ritual is performed, combining various massage techniques promoting relaxation and stress relief.
The Destress Body Ritual will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed with a renewed sense of calm and well-being.
Hotel residents receive complimentary use of the Spa facilities. If you are not a resident in the hotel kindly note that you are welcome to stay for a herbal tea after your treatment however Spa access is not included. You are welcome to purchase this separately by calling us on 01323870248 or choose one of our Spa packages which include use of the outdoor heated pool, steam room, sauna and a treatment and lunch in our 1554 Brasserie.
Health & Wellbeing Information To help us provide you with the safest and most relaxing experience, please let us know at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery. Certain treatments may need to be adapted, or in some cases may not be suitable, depending on your health.
All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and is only used to ensure your comfort and wellbeing during your visit. If you are unsure whether a treatment is appropriate, we recommend checking with your GP before booking.

Terms and Conditions
- Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at time of booking.
- Minimum age to enter the spa area or have any treatment is 18 (except for our outdoor pool for members & hotel guests only).
- Spa bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
- We operate a 7 Day cancellation policy for Spa packages and Facility use and a 48-hour cancellation policy for treatments. Any Treatments or Spa Packages canceled within these time periods will be subject to payment in full.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time to complete a health questionnaire as late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time.
- Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for ladies who are under 14 weeks pregnant. When over 14 weeks we are able offer a selected range of treatments.
- Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any allergies, are currently under the supervision of your GP, have had any recent surgery or you have any other medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
- Mother to be treatment: Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for expectant mothers who are less than 14 weeks pregnant. When over 14 weeks we are able offer a selected range of treatments.
