Flexible Cancellation

To secure your reservation, a credit card is required. Reservations are held on a guaranteed basis. For cancellations, please notify the hotel no later than 2:00 PM local time, 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation or no-show charges equivalent to the first night's rate plus taxes.

Smoking

The Alfriston is a strictly non-smoking hotel. Smoking in guest rooms will incur a cleaning surcharge equal to an additional night’s room rate. Additional charges for deep cleaning may also apply.

Guest Personal Property

The Alfriston is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed in our designated dog-friendly rooms, available across various categories. A charge of £30 per dog, per night applies, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Each pup receives a welcome pack upon arrival. Dogs must not be left unattended in rooms.

Babysitting

At this time, we regret that babysitting services are unavailable.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

SPA TERMS

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at time of booking.
• Minimum age to enter the spa area or have any treatment is 18 (except for our outdoor pool for members & hotel guests only).
• Spa bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
• We operate a 7 Day cancellation policy for Spa packages and Facility use and a 48-hour cancellation policy for treatments. Any Treatments or Spa Packages canceled within these time periods will be subject to payment in full.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time to complete a health questionnaire as late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time.
• Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for ladies who are under 14 weeks pregnant. When over 14 weeks we are able offer a selected range of treatments.
• Please advise us if you are pregnant, have any allergies, are currently under the supervision of your GP, have had any recent surgery or you have any other medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
• Mother to be treatment: Please note that we do not offer face or body treatments for expectant mothers who are less than 14 weeks pregnant. When over 14 weeks we are able offer a selected range of treatments.
